MFI has been on unofficial hiatus for a while...I've been busy and broke.  I'll be moving to Kingsville, Texas in the fall, and other projects have been keeping me occupied for a while now...school among them.

 

There are three guest customs in the Custom Zoid section, all made by Blade A.C.  Check 'em out:

 

 

I'M STILL ALIVE!!!  Whoo!  After moving, finding a new job/school.  Putting up with job/school.  Anyway...

 

I updated a few pages here and there, added some new link backs and four new zoid reviews:

 

It's been a long time.  Since classes started anew, I have almost no time and almost no money, so all I have for this update is Irvine's Command Wolf in the Reviews, and some more quizzes. 

 

Leoblaze Review is up.  Pics of the Iron Kong are up.  New link button is up.  I think that's it.

Okay, so I didn't do it "tomorrow" but it still got done.  I'll put up the Pteramander's pics when my sister returns my camera (I think she's holding it hostage or something).  I also set up a section dedicated to my tool box. 

 

Poll's still going on...but anyway, I'm going to put up the Pteramander review probably tomorrow...I have to go to workie in the morning, and thus, I'm not really feeling up to it right now.  I fixed some text on the Home page, and just generally fooled around. 

 

For my birthday...(I'm 18 now, yay!)...I put up some more quiz results (About Metal Fox), changed the neobadge on the Home page, and furthered the poll deadline indefinitely. 

 

I put up some pretty Christmas lights...but you've probably already seen them...  I changed the Contact Metal Fox page to a Staff page, where I've put some of the happy-ass (I mean that in a good way) people who've helped me with this site.  If you're name's there, contact me and tell me if you want your contact info (IM sn or email) put on there, but don't worry, I won't put it there without your permission.  I changed some of the text in various places, due to changes that took place from when I first wrote it to now. 

It's been awhile...17 days to be exact.  But, anyway, I finally got ahold of my very own digital camera.  Therefore, I have new pictures up:  Stealth Viper, Command Wolf AC, Konig Wolf, Metal Rhimos, a kitbashed Hellcat/Rev Raptor, and my own addition to the Stupid Zoid Gallery. 

 

Alriiiiiiiiiiight!  I've got good news and bad news.  Just to mess things up, bad news first.  I got a new job requiring me to work about 8 hrs a day, almost all week, leaving me little time for school and almost no time for this website.  (hence why I was 5 days late putting up the Konig Wolf Review)  The good news:  I get paid more so that means more Zoids and more customs!  Yaaaaay!  Anyway...I plan on buying my very own digital camera with next week's paycheck so I can:  A) Quit bugging Chris about his; and B) Have the pictures up on the same day as the review.

Since it is no longer Halloween, I took down the .gifs I had all over the place so now everything looks a little bare, but you'll get used to it.  I changed the Stupid Zoid Contest to a Stupid Zoid Gallery.  Not much of a change, you can still send stuff in...maybe one day it'll turn into a contest.  I think I'll open it up to a Stupid Pictures Involving Zoids Gallery so I can put up a picture Chris took of me chewing on my Elephander. 

 

I may be crazy, but I've decided to host a Stupid Zoid Gallery.  Send in your pictures of Stupid Zoids and everyone can vote for their favorite.

 

See that pretty lady up there?  She's the Neopets Snow Fairy...isn't she pretty?  She has a definite purpose up there...she doubles as a link to Neopets!

Anywho...I gots up a review for the Metal Rhimos...very nice Zoid.  I also put in little bars here and there to kind of clean up a little bit, the Misc. page was looking a bit cluttered...

 

I put up scans of the Mini-Comic that was included in the Hasbro Liger Zero model kit.  You can acess it from the Misc. page or from the Liger Zero Review. 

 

Looks like I'm on another updating rampage.  Not much this time, just two more links on the Links page.  Both are really good. 

 

I spent about two hours tonight trying to figure out how to change the scrollbar colors...well, as you can see, I figured it out.  I think its a major improvement on the basic grey shit...fits the rest of the site a lot better...at any rate, goodnight folks...I'm goin' to bed 'cause I'M TIRED!

There is now a Stealth Viper review in the Model Reviews section.  I also added zoid type, class, power type, and estimated assembly time to all the reviews.  Unfortunatly, I don't have a current project going, so it may be a while before I get another custom up.  I did, however, redo the paint job on my Command Wolf AC so I might put up a pic of what he looks like now. 

 

I changed the Polls page to Misc. because it now has a spiffy new mailing list.  I have a pic of the Berserk Fury up and the Lesser Hydra is now in the Customs section.  I have also set up a subsection of that page to include photos of the original "action figures" I tore apart and put back together.  There's no info, just a pic of the Elephander I mentioned earlier.  That is all.

 

As you've probably noticed, I now have a Poll.  I considered putting up a Staff page, but then I thought, Why?  I don't have staff...I do everything online myself, and Chris provides the camera...  So I ditched that idea.  At any rate, I'm serious when I said I'd appreciate feedback...that's what the poll is for, maybe to convince people too lazy to send an email or even sign the guestbook, which, I might add, is conviently located on the Main Page...

 

And now for something completely different...  A hit counter with three noses!  Not really...its now hit 150, yay!  (that was for you, Chris...Metal Fox Industries' most loyal fan...lol...I hate you and Grease Stain both)  (that was an inside joke...don't send me emails saying how rude that was...save your breath)

 

I changed around the Customs page so that each custom has a little page of its own.   I added stats to each of the Model Reviews and both customs.  I finished the dragon-type and, after a long discussion of dragon mythology with Chris, I decided to call it the Lesser Hydra.  I have taken pictures of the Hydra, Berserk Fury, and the Elephander action figure I got yesterday (Chris bought it for me, he's so nice), and as soon as Chris gets them ready and sends 'em to me, I'll have them up.  In the meantime, have fun re-exploring the Customs and Reviews sections. 

 

Fuck the 50 mark...Metal Fox Industries is going to hit the 100 mark soon...I don't have anything special to celebrate, or anything to give to the 100th vistor...if you email me, I might make you a little .gif or something...

Anyway, I fixed some stuff on the Reviews section that was bothering me.  I also made it possible to access the previous and next reviews from the current review (if that didn't make sense go look at it yourself, its really quite simple), that way you don't have to keep going to the main review page to access another review. 

 

I put up my Halloween gifs and whatnot...fixed some stuff...and added a link to my friend's DBZ site...yeah, I know, this is a ZOIDS site, but hell, I'm the webmistress and this is my site, I can do whatever the hell I want.  So there! 

In other news, I have reached well past the 50 hit mark...and I'm very happy about that.

 

The pictures are finally up! Yay!  The model pics can be found below their respective Reviews, and a pic of me and Chris is up in the About section, and the Helliger is on the Customs page.

 

Nothing up today, but I did gain another spot on the Top 25...I'm beginning to think you people really like this site...I'd appreciate some feedback...I'd like to know what you want to see on here and what you don't like, etc. 

 

Added some more top whatever lists so you guys can vote for me some more...I'm now 2nd to last, instead of last, on the Zoids Top 25.  Whooohoo!  Thanks to those people who so kindly voted for me.  I added a link to my webjournal so you guys can see what kind of shiznit goes on in my day to day life...not that I have much of a life outside of this damned computer...I would if I had more money...that's not happening anytime soon though...  I'd be busy putting up the pics right now if someone up there wasn't so hell bent and determined to keep them off this site...Chris was getting ready to send them to me in an email, but there was a thunderstorm, and his modem got fried...then he forgot to bring all the equipment and whatnot to my house yesterday, and he has to go play in the band at the game tonight...my  mom's working tomorrow...maybe tomorrow evening...ok, I'm rambling...I need to go do this shit on the Files...

 

Added some stuff to the Lightning Saix and Liger Zero reviews that I'd forgotten earlier.  I finally had to put up my own text link to the Zoids Top 25 list myself...for some reason, theirs wasn't showing up at all...it's on the Main Page if you want to vote for me.  There is another link on the Links page...to Backdraft HQ...good site...  I also got the Berserk Fury yesterday and worked for 2 1/2 hours on him...at the same time, Chris was doing government homework until five this morning...*shrugs* well, we each have our own little marathons, although mine was completely voluntary.  The Berserk Fury's review is up, but since I was a day late in acquiring and building him, the picture might not be up for a while.  The pics of the rest of my Zoids, including the Helliger, have been taken and I'm currently waiting for Chris to get enough sleep so he can send them to me.  He's been running on little or no sleep for the past five days so be patient.  Work on the dragon-type has ceased pretty much altogether...the body is finished, but due to lack of...resources (aka little plastic Zoids) I have no way to finish (replace?)  the head (i hate the head...it looks ugly).  So until I get a decent head that makes him look somewhat like a dragon, work has ceased on him...I still don't have a name...

 

I put up a section for Model Reviews, and hopefully will have some pictures up there soon.  If Chris brings his camera, he'll take a picture of me, too (in my new Invader Zim flipflops, of course).

Changed the overall layout to solid black...the old layout wasn't working with the whole if-you-don't-pay-anything-we're-going-to-put-a-huge-banner-at-the-top-of-all-your-pages policy tripod has...

Anyway...I've finished fixing the Helliger and if Chris brings his digital camera over tomorrow, I'll have a picture of him (the Helliger...not Chris).   I'm beginning to work on a new dragon-type zoid...can't think of a name...

I finally have links in the Links section...whoohoo!  I've also wrestled a hit counter and guestbook onto the Main Page...and some more quiz results in the About Metal Fox section...

 

Alright...I've finally finished putting this site up.  The Dhimera is up in the  Custom Zoids section.  I've added a links and this update page.  Hopefully I can get a hit counter and guestbook to work.  In the meantime, I have to finish taking the paint off the Helliger's wild weasel unit, and then I'll have some pictures of that guy to put up.
